Conservatives now Traitors?
Cameron: ignorant or slippery? This is the title of Mary Ellen Synon’s blog “Euroseptic” today, 5th November 2009. She says, “The more you examine David Cameron’s new European policy, the more it just falls apart. What the Tory leader has either overlooked, or more likely, is hoping no one will notice, is that the Lisbon Treaty is a new kind of monster, a ‘self-amending’ treaty: now that Lisbon is law, the European Council can shift new powers to the European institutions without a new treaty or ….referendum.”
At the end of her piece she adds, “But then, none dare call it treason…”
My comment:
“None dare call it treason”, you say.
Article 7 of THE ELECTORS CHARTER, just available, remarks:
Transferring control without permission amounts to treason against Electors! The Commons is the Lower House. The even-Lower House it has made itself! It has lost its honour.
Parliament has to recognize and confirm without qualification and irreversibly: the People in democracy are supreme, not itself! Its first loyalty is to them, not to the EU or the servant-State. Electors must be masters and mistresses of both their Houses, before they are endorsed and henceforth trusted. This can never apply to the imposed EU Parliament, that defrauds hundreds of millions of Electors of their moderating control.
Genuinely-democratic votes maintain overall control, and so, “rule”. The EU election vote is a power-surrendering device. Thus, few vote.
This Charter, in effect, places political bombs from the People under both disloyal Parliaments. It is crystal clear. Nine very short Articles. Seven extraordinary Proposals. Power regained. The EU replaced by powers available to sovereign Electors now. The main Parties are brought to heel. Be first to read at DDIFF.COM
Those guilty of treason must have their pensions and privileges cut, at a minimum! Robbing Parliamentary petty cash amounts to a local storm. Putting your countrymen under a foreign power while falsely claiming to represent them is of another order. Yes, treason is the word! The word now for EU is enemy. Its flag is an affront. Its laws and directives are counterfeit. Democratically-illegal to free people in Britain. For, no democrat becomes subject to an outside power without clear, personal agreement or commitment. Having removed our democratic right to control our public business, and made us liable to a European arrest warrant, and habeus corpus inoperable, a life in prison for the perpetrators would be very generous. Certainly those of each Party who continually prevented our vote have to be removed from both Houses of Parliament.”
“A unity CLEAR-OUT PARTY or Campaign may be the answer”
“UKIP may prove unable to win broad enough appeal. They need other contributors perhaps, to lead on the last lap. Superb government is our target. We need unimpeachable volunteers. Next, rolling Primaries for all constituents to select final candidates and for policies to be developed. Finally. several conferences, to test them in action and assure them of support. Once understood, the Campaign could roll to the sound of lightning-bolts. Disloyal Parties may truly have doomed themselves.
The Charter offers an entirely new form of democracy. A new back-up system for politics. Enough to scare the daylights out of the EU elites and bureaucrats!

“People and provinces must not be bartered about from sovereign to sovereign as if they were chattels, or pawns in a game. Self-determination is not a mere phrase. It is an imperative principle, which statesmen will henceforth ignore at their peril.” (1918)
Such EU bartering has been done by Ministers for decades without any mandate from the People. Consequently, Parties and politicians are in political peril. The People will punish. Democracy will be discovered to have enormous creative power.”
I now add:
“Treason”…”political bomb”: The use of violent words in politics
We live in a period of political correctness when the strongest words are being forbidden. But, the whole point of free speech is that explosive thoughts can be discussed and demons exorcised. If the words are on film and belong to another era, that is judged fine. Or, in a book, very little is disallowed, because of so-called artistic license. But hot words are increasingly disallowed. So, frustrations build. I chose my words to raise attention. The foundation of our nation has been damaged, perhaps beyond repair. What is that foundation of modern politics? Democracy. If Parliament forcibly removes its effectiveness from Electors. As it has done. It ceases its time-honoured role. Of guardian of it.
Put simply. Parliament has ceased to be what it was developed to be. It has become the saboteur of the People’s democratic interests. Having been long accused of endangering democracy, it has stubbornly lowered its head and pushed on regardless.
It may not yet be obvious to the many. But, the few understand that the relationship of Parliament with the People is no more. The unspoken contract of trust has been broken.
The old status and value of, the respect for and reliance upon, Parliament is no more. Something else must rebuild and/or replace it. It cannot be got from within Parliament itself. For, once the trustworthiness of Parliament has gone, Parliament cannot order it back!
By forbidding the exercise of democracy in the most fundamental issue of all, (Who rules Britain?), Parliament has cast away its own legitimacy. Which, rather than being transferred to the EU as is supposed, has reverted back to the People, in fact. By what law? The law of democracy: namely, that the People rule. They rule rulers to end misrule. For, rulers can never be trusted with our freedoms (or wealth).The People are sovereign in democratic reality. Though they are as yet unaware of it. The subservience of Parliament to the People is the last thing politicians want known.
Therein lies all the possibilities of correction and innovation and control over the State and Parties. And the defeat of the EU.
